Most items can be returned within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Eligible returns
Eligible merchandise is generally unused, unopened if sealed, complete, and in original packaging. Some categories (e.g. opened personal-care and final-sale items) are non-returnable.
If something's wrong
If an item arrives wrong, damaged, defective, or missing, we make it right at our expense — handled separately from a standard preference return.
Return costs
For preference returns, the customer normally pays return shipping, and a completed local-delivery fee is normally non-refundable.
