Nationwide Shipping

Nationwide shipping is not currently offered. It cannot be selected at checkout, and Couranr does not quote carrier services or shipping rates today.

Local delivery within the serviceable area is the fulfillment method available now.

The rules below are the rules that will apply if and when shipping is activated. They are published in advance so they are not written after the fact — they are not a claim that shipping is available.

Rules that apply before shipping may be activated

Before Couranr activates nationwide shipping, the production system must have the necessary eligible product fulfillment classifications, validated-address tax sourcing, carrier-rate retrieval, permitted-service filtering, rate revalidation and snapshot, label purchase, tracking, carrier event ingestion, void and recovery, a return-label process where applicable, and reconciliation.

Timing representations

When shipping is activated, Couranr will make shipment timing claims only when it has a reasonable basis to expect it can ship within that time.

If no shipment time is stated, Couranr will follow the applicable default federal timing rule.

If Couranr learns it cannot ship within the applicable promised or default period, Couranr will provide the required delay, cancel, or refund option rather than silently holding the customer's money.

Restricted merchandise

A product remains ineligible for nationwide shipping unless its fulfillment classification and applicable safety and legal rules permit shipping.

Chilled, frozen, and other restricted merchandise is not automatically shippable merely because local delivery is permitted.
