Promotions & Discounts

1. General rule

A promotion is valid only under its stated terms and Couranr's authoritative promotion system.

2. No fake savings

Couranr will not use fabricated "was" prices, unsupported percentage-savings claims, fake competitor prices, fake scarcity, fake countdown timers, fabricated ratings or reviews, or misleading "free" claims.

3. Eligibility

Promotions may be limited by date or time, product or category, basket amount, first order or new customer, geographic or service area, usage count, customer or account, redemption code, or another clearly disclosed condition.

4. No bypass of hard controls

A promotion cannot override minimum merchandise eligibility, the profitability guard, tax, source or inventory eligibility, product safety, food and cold restrictions, capacity, or payment and fraud controls.

5. Stacking

Promotions do not stack unless the promotion terms expressly say they stack.

6. Free-delivery wording

Couranr will not market "free delivery" when you are still required to pay another mandatory service charge to obtain that delivery, unless the statement is clearly qualified so it is not misleading.

7. Abuse

Couranr may void or refuse fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated, or abusive promotional redemptions.

A legitimate promotion already accepted into an order is not retroactively removed merely because Couranr later ends the promotion.
