Product Safety & Recalls

1. Manufacturer instructions

Follow manufacturer labels, warnings, age restrictions, storage requirements, and intended-use directions.

2. No unsupported Couranr safety claims

Couranr does not add unsupported health, safety, performance, or fitness claims to merchandise.

Ordinary manufacturer information may be displayed where appropriate, but Couranr does not transform manufacturer copy into a broader Couranr guarantee.

3. Recall response

When Couranr identifies an authoritative recall or serious safety notice affecting merchandise sold through Couranr, Couranr may:

1. unpublish or block the affected product;
2. stop pending fulfillment;
3. quarantine affected on-hand inventory where applicable;
4. identify potentially affected orders;
5. preserve source, receipt, and lot evidence where available;
6. notify affected customers as appropriate;
7. provide the applicable refund, replacement, or disposal instruction;
8. document the action;
9. refuse reactivation until the product is authorized again.

4. Return restrictions do not override recalls

A product that is normally non-returnable for preference reasons may still qualify for a recall or safety remedy.
