Couranr may provide AI-assisted shopping and support features.

1. What the assistant may do

The assistant may help you understand shopping intent, search the catalog, suggest products, build or modify a cart, work within a stated budget, suggest alternatives, explain currently returned delivery and fee information, navigate the store, and hand you off to normal checkout.

2. What the assistant does not decide

The assistant is not the authority for merchandise price, tax, promotion validity, inventory, source eligibility, source selection, route feasibility, delivery charge, profitability, capacity, cold custody, payment permission, refunds, driver assignment, or product publication.

Those decisions come from Couranr's deterministic systems.

3. No autonomous purchase

The assistant does not place the final order or submit final payment on your behalf.

You must review the trusted checkout and complete the final purchase action yourself.

4. Conflicts

If AI-generated wording conflicts with the actual product page, cart, checkout, payment result, order record, or another authoritative Couranr system, the authoritative system controls.

5. Review before purchasing

Before purchasing, review the product, variant, quantity, price, delivery method and window, fees, tax, replacement preference, and total.

6. No professional advice

The shopping assistant is a commerce assistant, not a doctor, lawyer, pharmacist, financial adviser, or other licensed professional.

Couranr does not use the shopping assistant to create regulated professional advice.

7. Sensitive information

Do not enter passwords, full payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary highly sensitive information into the assistant.

8. Availability

If the assistant is unavailable, your cart is preserved and ordinary search, browsing, cart, and checkout continue to work.

An AI outage does not block ordinary shopping.
