Acceptable Use

You may not use Couranr Market to:

• access another person's order or account without permission;
• submit fraudulent payment information;
• use stolen credentials or payment methods;
• make knowingly false missing, damage, or refund claims;
• manipulate promotion eligibility;
• scrape protected customer, administrative, or operational data;
• probe or exploit security vulnerabilities without authorization;
• bypass rate limits, provider-budget guards, serviceability rules, or payment controls;
• cause Couranr to make automated paid-provider calls for abusive purposes;
• upload malicious code or content;
• interfere with service availability;
• impersonate Couranr staff, drivers, or another customer;
• attempt to obtain supplier cost, protected customer data, or back-office information through unauthorized access;
• use Couranr for unlawful transactions.

Couranr may suspend access, refuse an order, revoke a compromised guest link, or take another proportionate security measure when reasonably necessary.

Security enforcement does not authorize Couranr to withhold legitimate customer funds or deny a refund or remedy that law requires.
